Join a face-to-face class in Caversham to learn how to move well and stay strong.
Being three years into my osteopathy degree, the focus of my classes is mobilising your joints and specific regions of your spine to encourage joint health, reduce wear and tear, create optimal rehab for each body part and to allow you to build strength where you need it.
Joint health and spinal mobility are key to our overall health, fitness and longevity as we age.
With commitment and consistency, you'll look, feel and move better than you have in years.
