Hi, I'm Sophie

I've spent over 15 years training to understand as much about the body as I can - and I want to use that knowledge to help you.

Let me show you how we can do that.

I believe that health is comprised of a thousand small decisions and actions that add up to the best that's possible for you - and I want to help you to get there.

Here's how I get you the best results ...

I combine manual therapy with teaching you how to move well - when you add those two things together you start to see big changes.

Learning Myofascial Release was a game-changer for my hands-on diagnostic skills and taught me how to read the signals that your body is sending and how to help hidden areas of tension to release.

And Pilates exercises can make tiny tweaks and adjustments that can make huge changes to your body and help you to feel and engage muscles you've never felt before, to help you to move better, breathe better, sleep better, and more.

I’d love to work with you so that you can begin to see these results and to feel better than perhaps you ever have.

Why? So that you can do more of what you love.

More about me ...

I decided what I "wanted to do" when I was 28. Before that, I very much felt like a square peg in a round hole.

14 years ago I left my job with a big corporate company to use the skills I'd been learning each weekend and in evening classes to start my own business - using my hands-on skills and movement training to help people thrive.

I'm now four years' into a five-year medical osteopathy degree which keeps building on that knowledge of the human body.

I've built an amazing toolkit of skills over the years. Those skills allow me to look after my own family and give them optimal care and I want to do the same for you and your loved ones.

I want us to value every moment we have to do the things we love.
